This policy explains how Calculators Arena decides what to publish, how calculations are checked, and how corrections are handled. The current public site focuses on World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade, Palworld, percentage calculations, and mass conversion.
Badar Ashfaq is the responsible publisher. The site is operated through Legacy Fleet Partners LLC and is independent of Blizzard Entertainment and Pocketpair.
The publication workflow
- Define the job. Start with the decision a visitor needs to make and the result the tool can honestly provide.
- Choose the evidence. Prefer an official source. Community data, legacy values, and user-entered assumptions are labelled rather than blended together.
- Explain the method. The formula, model, or measurement process appears as normal page text so it can be understood without reading JavaScript.
- Test the result. Normal inputs, blank values, boundaries, rounding, and at least one independent hand calculation are checked.
- Use the live page. Controls, labels, results, and mobile layout are reviewed after publication.
- Record the check. Representative cases and meaningful revisions are added to the testing and change log.
- Correct or withdraw. A tool is fixed, relabelled, or unpublished when its data can no longer support its promise.

Updates, dates, and corrections
A review date means the page and its stated method were checked on that date; it does not mean every external rule will remain unchanged. Patch-dependent tools name the relevant context and point visitors back to the live game when a vendor price, recipe, or setting can change.
Reports are assessed by reproducing the submitted inputs, comparing the result with the described method, and checking the cited source. Material corrections are noted in the change log. Send a report through Contact.
Use of AI and software
AI and other software may assist with code drafts, source organisation, or consistency checks. No generated passage or formula is treated as evidence. Badar Ashfaq reviews the live output, chooses the final wording, and accepts responsibility for corrections. The site does not invent credentials or present automated production as expert review.
Advertising and optional support
Advertising and Ko-fi support help fund hosting and maintenance. Commercial support does not purchase a favourable calculator output, hidden recommendation, or exemption from the correction process.
